All sales of original artworks are final. I do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on original pieces , thank you for understanding the time and care that goes into creating them.

For prints, if your order arrives damaged or there's a mistake (wrong item, wrong size, etc.), please contact me within 7 days of delivery at bleauneart@gmail.com

Include:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item and packaging

A short explanation of the issue

I'll review your message and see what I can do, whether that's a replacement, refund, or another solution.

Slight variations may occur due to printing or packaging, and are not considered defects
