Terms of Service

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Products & Availability

All items are described as accurately as possible. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Original artworks are one-of-a-kind and subject to availability. I reserve the right to update, limit, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.

2. Commissions

Commissioned artworks are made-to-order and require clear communication between both parties. A non-refundable deposit (or full payment) is required before work begins. Once a commission is approved and completed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at checkout or as agreed for commissions. I reserve the right to change prices at any time.

All payments are processed securely. I do not store your credit card or payment details.

4. Shipping

Please refer to the Shipping Policy for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and tracking.

Once the order is shipped and in the hands of the courier, I am not responsible for delays or lost parcels beyond my control.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales of original artworks and commissions are final.
If a print arrives damaged or incorrect, please refer to the Return & Refund Policy and contact me within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of bleaune studio and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, copy, or use them in any way without written permission.

Purchasing a piece of artwork does not grant you any commercial or reproduction rights.

7. GDPR & Privacy

As an EU-based business, I comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you place an order, your personal data (name, address, email, etc.) is collected solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your purchase. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except as needed to complete your order (e.g., shipping providers, payment processors).

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data

  • Withdraw consent at any time

  • Contact me regarding your data at bleauneart@gmail.com

8. Right to Refuse

I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at my discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of terms.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no explanation needed.

To exercise this right, you must notify me by email at [your email] within 14 days of delivery. You will then have 14 days to return the item at your own expense.

Once I receive the returned item in its original condition, I will issue a refund to your original payment method, including the standard shipping fee you paid at checkout (if applicable). Return shipping costs are not refunded.

Important Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Commissioned artworks (made to your specifications)

  • Original artworks created on request

  • Items that are damaged after delivery due to improper handling
