Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

• Portugal: 2–4 business days

• EU countries: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. I’m not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the courier.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number (if tracking is available for your shipping method).

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. I can’t refund or replace items lost due to incorrect address details.
